Puyallup Fair

We went to the Puyallup Fair this past weekend with Brian's family. We had a GREAT time with them.

We bought a "harness" for Crystal-the animal piggy-back kind so that she could walk around, and she LOVED it. Every once in a while, she would lean back and give it a kiss on the nose.
She also loved her grandpa and didnt seem to want to let go of him for the first little while. :)


Crystal was absolutely adorable at the petting zoo. She had to go to every goat in the pen and give them a kiss.


At one point, she found a group of them eating, gave each one a kiss, then decided to sit down in the middle of them as if they were friends. :)




We also enjoyed some delicious ice cream from the dairy - thank you cows :)

Brian and I even had time alone to go on a few rides!

Unfortunately, it didnt take long before Brian grounded me from anymore "big kid" rides, seeing that I threw up after two of them...so bring on the bumper cars!!

We had great fun visiting family - thank you for the good times!

I DID IT!!

Hurray!! I can officially say that I have ran in a Half Marathon!! Was it fun?...ask me tomorrow. ;) To be honest, I had a great time, until the end..and then all I could think was "Becky, what were you thinking?!?!?"
I ran the race with a great friend, Carrie, who was SO wonderful and supportive!! She's ran about eight marathons before...so I would say this was pretty much a breeze for her, but I honestly couldn't have done it without her!! Thanks Carrie!!

BECKY DID IT!!

SO I'll let her post later but I'm putting up a few pictures. She finished in 2 hours and 26 minutes, 6th place for the run/walkers. So here are a few pictures. She did awesome!

Half Marathon Run

Okay, so call me a little cRaZy, but I've officially signed up to run in the Half Marathon THIS Saturday!! I've been training for it, but I find that the closer it gets, the more apprehensive I become.
Unfortunately, here's no turning back now...I'm too cheap to lose the $30 application fee. :)
Honestly, I really am SUPER excited..I just dont know which one I'm more excited about - the fact that I'm running in the race, or the fact that it's almost over. hehe ;)

Crystal really wanted to go to school with her daddy this morning - So what did she do?
Hid in his backpack...
The best part was seeing her face when Brian picked her up in the pack and started walking to the door.
She thought she was sooo sneaky.
